Bellerophon´s founder and Managing Partner, Alexander is a certified real estate professional (Austrian Immobilientreuhänder) and also managing director of CONCREET. GmbH, an Austrian real estate advisory and asset management company. He has advised clients on RE transactions (both buy & sell side), real estate finance, valuations (IFRS / US GAAP compatible) and property law. He is responsible for Bellerophons expansion in the European real estate market and serves as head of the investment committee.
Alexander holds a BSc Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and a MSc in Real Estate Management & Valuation from the Technical University of Vienna.
Moritz works on strategy and is responsible for the firm´s controlling, analysis as well as sourcing new acquisition targets. Before he co-founded Bellerophon Equtiy Partners, Moritz worked over 3 years in the consulting business as well as for an Italian wind power company in Austria while at university.
Moritz studied at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna and the Technical University of Munich, he holds a Master of Sciences and received a ELLS Distinguished Fellowship during his studies.
Is a London based independent Real Estate Private Equity professional with a focus on Pan-European opportunistic transactions. Philipp has 8 years of private equity and real estate experience and focuses primarily on Germany and the UK. He works on acquisitions involving distress, insolvency, change of use concepts and structured proposals. His most recent transactions were the acquisition of a business park in Guildford, a shopping centre in Chelmsford and a shopping centre in Wolverhampton (all UK) while previous acquisitions in Germany included various office buildings in Frankfurt and Berlin as well as the firm’s successful acquisition, and disposal, of 3,100 residential units throughout Germany.
Philipp graduated with First Class Honours (BSC Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is holder of the Richard Goeltz Prize.
